We have been experiencing positive results with digestive challenges and our lights for years and we have also seen positive results with infrared light and gut health with Autism Spectrum. It is great to see that this small study on mice with red and near infrared light found that shining light on the body “can alter microbiome diversity” and specifically increase “a bacterium associated with a healthy microbiome.” The prospects for obesity, heart health, lifestyle-related disorders and brain health are truly impressive.
